You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Some features and content require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase and are processed securely through our payment provider (Paystack). By purchasing, you authorise us and our processor to charge the applicable fees. Access to paid content is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Kings Tribe is a community built on respect and growth. When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Spam, scam, solicit, or distribute malware or harmful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Copy, record, or redistribute paid trainings or members-only content.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All trainings, videos, written materials, branding, and other content provided by The Kings Tribe are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own use. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a licence to host and display it on the platform as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for the posts, comments, and other content you publish. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content at our discretion to keep the community safe.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

The Kings Tribe provides education, training, and community — not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kings Tribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms other members, the community, or us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
