• Payment information — when you purchase a training or membership, payment is processed by our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage and engagement data — how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, posts and videos you engage with, approximate time spent on content, and similar analytics used to improve the experience and provide creators with insights into their own posts.
• Technical data — device, browser, and log information collected automatically for security and performance.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and provide access to trainings and the community.
• Process payments and deliver the products and services you purchase.
• Operate platform features such as the Roundtable, messaging, live sessions, and analytics.
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and support requests.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, including our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Paystack), and analytics and communication tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Some information is visible to other members by design — for example your display name, username, profile photo, and the posts or comments you publish. Private messages, support tickets, and your personal analytics are not shared with other members.
