1. Who We Are
The Kings Tribe ("we", "us", "our") is a digital training and membership community based in Delta State, Nigeria. For any privacy questions, you can reach us at kingyoleinfo@gmail.com or by post at Idheze Road, Irri, Isoko South, Delta State, Nigeria.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, country, and city, provided when you register.
- Profile content — anything you choose to add, such as a profile photo, posts, comments, and messages.
- Payment information — when you purchase a training or membership, payment is processed by our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage and engagement data — how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, posts and videos you engage with, approximate time spent on content, and similar analytics used to improve the experience and provide creators with insights into their own posts.
- Technical data — device, browser, and log information collected automatically for security and performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account and provide access to trainings and the community.
- Process payments and deliver the products and services you purchase.
- Operate platform features such as the Roundtable, messaging, live sessions, and analytics.
- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and support requests.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How Your Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform, including our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Paystack), and analytics and communication tools. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Some information is visible to other members by design — for example your display name, username, profile photo, and the posts or comments you publish. Private messages, support tickets, and your personal analytics are not shared with other members.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at kingyoleinfo@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
The Kings Tribe is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
